By accessing the VYSS portal, making voluntary donations, registering as a member, or applying for emergency welfare aid, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing this website, accessing donor portals, generating membership QR cards, or submitting complaints, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Membership & Accurate Representation
• Members must provide 100% accurate and verifiable identity and address details during registration.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading information will result in immediate suspension or permanent cancellation of membership and associated ID cards.
3. Voluntary Donations & Official Receipts
• All donations made to VYSS are voluntary and strictly utilized for approved community welfare activities, scholarships, and medical emergencies.
• Official digital donation receipts with unique receipt numbers and registration details are generated instantly upon transaction verification.
4. Emergency Aid Application & Criteria
Approval of medical, educational or distress welfare grants depends upon:
- 1. Thorough verification of submitted medical and financial documents.
- 2. Formal evaluation and approval by the Executive Committee.
- 3. Availability of dedicated welfare funds at the time of request.
5. Financial Transparency & Public Accountability
Every approved donation and verified expense appears on the live Financial Transparency Portal for democratic public scrutiny. Sensitive individual details (such as medical diagnosis details, Aadhaar, and bank account numbers) remain strictly confidential.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Submitting fraudulent documents or claiming false welfare grants.
- Misusing community portals, attempting unauthorized portal access, or cyber disruption.
- Posting defamatory, abusive, or hateful content against leaders or members.
Violations will lead to immediate account termination and legal action under the IT Act & IPC.
7. Rights of Executive Committee
The VYSS Executive Board reserves the absolute right to approve or reject aid applications, suspend accounts involved in fraud, update organizational policies, and regulate member participation in accordance with the registered constitution.
8. Intellectual Property & Official Emblems
All logos, trademarks, portal designs, software systems, and published literature belong exclusively to VYSS. Unauthorized copying, imitation, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
VYSS shall not be liable for banking gateway server delays, telecommunication failures, or discrepancies arising from incorrect information submitted by applicants.
10. Policy Modifications & Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to comply with new statutory requirements. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
11. Governing Law & Legal Correspondence
These terms are governed by the Laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of District Bijnor (Uttar Pradesh).
